Finish Materials Sourcing & Procurement

We handle every finish material on your project: tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances and hardware. We help you source and select, verify every detail against the plans, then manage ordering, lead times and deliveries.

What’s included

  • Sourcing and selection: we help you find materials that fit your design, your budget and how you will use the space.
  • Verification: before anything is ordered, we check specs, sizes, finishes and quantities against the plans, so the vanity fits the plumbing and the tile count covers the room.
  • Approval in writing: every selection is tracked room by room, and you approve each one before we order.
  • Procurement: we place orders, track lead times and back-orders, and schedule deliveries to match the construction schedule.
  • Receiving: deliveries are checked for damage and accuracy before installation day.

Why it matters

Finish materials are where remodels lose the most time. A back-ordered faucet or a tile that arrives in the wrong size can stop a crew for weeks. When the builder owns sourcing and procurement, problems are caught on paper, not on install day, and you are never stuck chasing vendors, returns or delivery windows.

Questions homeowners ask

Can I pick my own materials?

Yes. You choose, we guide. We help you narrow options, then verify that what you picked fits the plans before anything is ordered.

What if something is back-ordered?

We track lead times from the moment a selection is approved and order early. If something is delayed or discontinued, we tell you right away and bring you alternatives that fit.

Is sourcing only for full remodels?

Sourcing and procurement are part of our kitchen, bathroom, whole-home and addition projects.
