Meet Dylan Bertet, owner of Build Better Properties
Dylan has been running his own projects since 2020. He knows the permit offices, plan checkers and building codes across the Peninsula and South Bay, and he believes a good contractor tells you the hard news along with the good: where the difficulties will be, what it will really take, and how to plan for it.

- Our own cabinet shop. We build our custom cabinetry in-house, so kitchens, built-ins and storage match the home.
