Mountainside Exterior Rebuild + Primary Suite Remodel

A full exterior rebuild of a tall Los Gatos mountain home: new cladding, windows, roofing and decks, plus a primary suite remodel.

About This Los Gatos Exterior Rebuild

This tall home sits on a forested mountainside in the Los Gatos hills, which made every part of the job harder. We replaced all of the exterior cladding, every window and the roofing, rebuilt the home’s many decks, and remodeled the primary suite.

The steep site called for high scaffolding and close coordination between several specialty teams. The owner was so pleased that she hired us again for her rental property in Monte Sereno.
