Full Interior Remodel in Under 6 Weeks for a Rental Owner

A full interior remodel of a Monte Sereno rental home in under 6 weeks, HOA approvals included, to get the property back on the market fast.

About This Monte Sereno Rental Remodel

After a long tenancy, this Monte Sereno home needed a complete interior refresh, and every week empty was lost rent. The owner, a repeat client, asked us to move fast.

We remodeled the full interior, including the kitchen, living areas and bathroom, in under six weeks. We chose finishes for durability and easy upkeep, and handled the HOA approvals required for the single-family home.
